With more than thirty years of experience across senior management, private equity, management consulting, and entrepreneurship, Derek is a healthcare industry veteran with a long track record of building and scaling commercial healthcare organizations. As a founder of Emry Health, he played a central role in establishing the company’s mission to heal the cost of healthcare and developing services that help employers and employees better understand, navigate, and manage healthcare expenses. 

As Chief Growth Officer, Derek works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to support Emry’s growth strategy across Concierge and BillAssist. His focus includes strengthening market presence, identifying new opportunities for expansion, and ensuring Emry’s solutions continue to align with evolving client needs while delivering meaningful value. He remains deeply committed to addressing healthcare affordability and medical debt, and to advancing Emry’s mission of making healthcare more accessible, understandable, and financially sustainable for the people it serves.
