Real Leaders® has announced its Top Impact Companies award winners from around the world. For the third consecutive year, Goodroot is included in the top 100, coming in at No. 62 and ranking among the top 5 healthcare companies on the list.
These rankings are the definitive list of companies making a positive impact on the world by having an out-sized effect on sustainability, social equity, health, well-being and more. The awards evaluated privately-owned companies based on an extensive application measuring I.M.P.A.C.T (Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration and Transformation).
Goodroot is recognized on the list for making strides helping Americans access affordable healthcare and avoid medical debt and its noteworthy collaborations in accomplishing this goal. Through its 10 affiliate companies and partners throughout the healthcare and benefits industries, Goodroot now lowers medical costs for 1 in 10 Americans.

This year’s selection process involved a more detailed vetting process for the record number of applicants.
A special “Real Leaders UNITE” awards celebration will be held in San Diego on Feb. 6, 2024 to honor the winners.
