Before joining Goodroot, Taylor served as Head of People at Accent Therapeutics, where she was instrumental in increasing its workforce by 33%, implementing the company’s first career development program and Human Resources Information System, and conducting a comprehensive compensation review to ensure competitive pay. Taylor’s prior roles also include leading an internal HR consulting team at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and spearheading large-scale business transformations as part of Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice.
